We also use Trend Micro's ScanMail to protect your Microsoft Exchange E-Mail. We can also provide you with Firewall Protection. We can implement Software Firewalls such as Zone Alarm Pro from Zone Labs for stand alone Workstations, Hardware Router for Small Networks and Hardware Firewalls for businesses running multiple computers.

When possible, we will also set your systems to download and install critical Operation System updates. Using Tape Backup Drives and Network Backup Software like Veritas Backup Exec we will insure that all your Servers and Workstations are backed up to provide for a quick recovery of all mission critical information.
If you suspect that you may have a virus on your workstation and you have virus protection software installed, update your virus definitions and run a full scan (All Files with no exclusions) on your hard drive(s) and network. If you are not sure how to do this, or prefer a professional to check over your system, we offer professional virus removal and protection services. A technician will come to your location, remove the infection, and restore any system files that were damaged by the virus. In addition, we will also offer to update your virus protection to the most current available along with configuring your computer for maximum security. We use the Professional Virus Cleaning version of Mcafee and/or Norton Antivirus to scan and remove all currently identified viruses from infected computers. The standard charge for our service ranges from the normal diagnostic charge up to an hour or two hour's labor, depending on the level of infection. We also sell the home version of Mcafee and/or Norton Antivirus and can install and update it on your computer to give you the best up-to-date virus protection available.
